1. About HebWear

Welcome to HebWear. These terms and conditions apply to your use of the HebWear website and to purchases made through our online store.

HebWear sells clothing, accessories and other products inspired by the islands, landscapes, communities and culture of the Hebrides.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, materials and sizing information are accurate.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Please check the product description and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

3. Made-to-Order Products

HebWear products are produced to order through our print-on-demand production partner, Gelato.

This means that products are printed and prepared for dispatch after an order has been placed rather than being held as pre-produced stock.

Because products are produced to order, we do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns outside of your statutory consumer rights.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

Standard UK shipping is included in the displayed product price.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and accepted.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it and/or begun processing it.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine error in product information, pricing, availability or for other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Our products are produced to order and delivery times can vary depending on the product and destination.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We hope to expand our delivery options to additional countries in the future.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our delivery partner.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable, statutory cancellation rights for online purchases may allow you to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us where permitted by law.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the HebWear website, including logos, designs, graphics, photographs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to HebWear unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use the HebWear website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

12. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make changes to products or services where necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, HebWear will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
